Developing cultural programs and enhancing existing activities.
Linda shares her 40+ years of experience in creating global, fun cultures that enable organizations to compete for “Best Place to Work” status. From communication pieces to portal design to developing altruistic activities, she assists organizations in setting the right atmosphere where people have fun being successful. She also helps with communication planning for downsizing activities, announcements of new policies and programs, and M&A communications.

Linda believes that mentoring, coaching, and developing employees is extremely useful in helping organizations understand how to recognize, reward, and retain their top talent.
M&A associated work.
Having been responsible for managing talent, merging cultures, due diligence, and helping to draft staff communications and write merger agreements for seven biotech deals, Linda is in a unique place to offer consultation to any organization considering a merger or acquisition or in the middle of one.
Creating a learning culture.
Linda is passionate about learning. As a board member for two universities and an adjunct professor, Linda believes that continued education is key to retaining top talent and maintaining a can-do culture. As such, she has created universities within businesses and can help any organization strategize a long-term implementation plan.
Assisting with board preparation.
As a former officer at two publicly-traded companies with responsibilities to the board, Linda can help a young staff create the materials that board members of any publicly-traded company would seek from their business.

Linda can work on any phase of a program. If she is not qualified for something, she can recommend appropriate parties using her vast network.
Build-out of Human Resources.
A pre-commercial company needed to build the necessary structure to be ready for their product’s launch. Company executives asked Linda to guide a junior HR team developing a human capital philosophy with all the complementary programs, policies, and communication materials. She worked with the senior team to create an efficient and effective organizational structure that supported the organization’s growth. She also assisted with the rollout of the programs, including planning for any changes that the new structure required.
30-60-90 Day Plan Creation
A senior executive needed to be exited while their replacement was being on-boarded. Linda defined the new executive’s 90-day plan and helped to assimilate him into the new organization while providing ongoing support to the out-going executive. The transition was seamless and saved the company large out-placement bills.
Implementing 1:1 coaching and team programs.
A CEO recognized that while each member of his team was a subject matter expert, they didn’t play well in the sandbox. Their behavior was becoming toxic to the organization. Linda was asked to work with several executives to facilitate change within the organization. Through one-on-one coaching or facilitating team programs, Linda works with senior executives to identify areas of concern and correct deficiencies to ensure the leadership team is hitting on all cylinders necessary to perform and succeed. As a certified facilitator, Linda can customize teambuilding programs and run in-house meetings that require a neutral leader to get through sticky issues.
Developing strategic plans and designing corresponding implementation plans.
Linda works with the CEO and other executives to define both short- and long-term plans, primarily in the HR area, that addresses the needs of the business. She can also assist in the development of an implementation plan that complements other programs and the organization’s culture.
Creating talent acquisition strategies.
Having built and integrated world-class teams, Linda assists organizations in identifying the talent they need, guides them in developing strategies to attract and retain that talent, and helps them plan for large staffing events in concert with the human capital philosophy. She also assists in the actual recruitment process.
